Session: How I learnt to "belong" with a team 4000 miles away
One of the toughest challenges of remote work is building a rapport with the team members. I recently found myself in a situation, when I was the only team member working in a different geographical location. I found it difficult to "belong" in the team.This session will help the audience understand positive and negative signals from remote team members, and will provide some tools to navigate this challenge to ultimately create success in their workplace.

Bio
Namrta works at Cadence Design systems as Senior Principal Solutions Engineer. She received her B.Tech degree along with a Gold Medal in Electronics and Communication from GBPUAT, India . She completed her Master's from IIT Delhi. After finishing her studies, she has worked in the semiconductor industry for 19 years, specializing in integrated circuits. She has been awarded multiple patents in electronics design. She volunteers as a mentor at platforms both within and outside her organization.
